Refund Policy

Leicester Laser and Aesthetics

We are committed to providing exceptional service. Please read this refund policy carefully before placing a deposit for your appointment.

 

 

1. Deposits & Payments

 

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

  • Deposit instructions (bank transfer link/details) will be sent after your booking.

  • Appointments are only secured once the deposit is received.

  • The remaining balance must be paid at the clinic.

 

 

2. No Refunds on Deposits

 

  • All deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance.

  • This policy protects our time and resources allocated to your appointment.

 

 

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

 

  • We require 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit.

  • You may reschedule once, provided proper notice is given.

  • Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

 

 

4. Completed Services

 

  • No refunds are provided for treatments that have been carried out.

  • If you’re dissatisfied, please raise concerns with your practitioner on the day of treatment.

 

 

5. Package Deals & Promotions

 

  • Deposits for packages or promotional offers are also non-refundable.

  • No partial refunds are issued if you choose not to complete a package.

 

 

6. Clinic Cancellations

 

  • In the rare case that we must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will transfer your deposit to a new appointment or offer a credit.
