We are committed to providing exceptional service. Please read this refund policy carefully before placing a deposit for your appointment.
1. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

Deposit instructions (bank transfer link/details) will be sent after your booking.

Appointments are only secured once the deposit is received.

The remaining balance must be paid at the clinic.
2. No Refunds on Deposits

All deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance.

This policy protects our time and resources allocated to your appointment.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We require 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit.

You may reschedule once, provided proper notice is given.

Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
4. Completed Services

No refunds are provided for treatments that have been carried out.

If you’re dissatisfied, please raise concerns with your practitioner on the day of treatment.
5. Package Deals & Promotions

Deposits for packages or promotional offers are also non-refundable.

No partial refunds are issued if you choose not to complete a package.
6. Clinic Cancellations

In the rare case that we must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will transfer your deposit to a new appointment or offer a credit.
